Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2078665 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the injector cable connector (1).
  2. Remove the oil pan heater mounting bolts (2).
  3. Remove the oil pan heater.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2078665 Size: SH
  1. Apply suitable silicon on oil pan heater mounting surface.
  2. Install the oil pan heater.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the oil pan heater bolts (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the coil pan heater bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  4. Connect the injector cable connector (1).
