  1. Remove the coolant outlet to adapter bolts.
  2. Remove the coolant outlet.
  3. Remove the coolant outlet gasket and the thermostat.
  4. Clean the coolant outlet gasket surfaces.

  5. Remove the coolant outlet adapter to cylinder head bolts.
  6. Remove the coolant adapter.
  7. Remove the coolant adapter gasket.
  8. Clean the coolant adapter gasket surfaces.
