Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1996 🢒 Blazer - 2WD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.2L 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner duct assembly. Refer to Intake Air Ducts .

    2. Object Number: 1979 Size: SH
  2. Remove the oxygen sensor. Refer to Oxygen Sensor Replacement .
  3. Remove the oil level indicator tube. Refer to Oil Level Indicator and Tube Replacement .
  4. Remove the power steering pump brace. Refer to Steering Gear and Pump.
  5. Remove the heater hose brace. Refer to Heater and Ventilation.
  6. Remove the A/C compressor braces. Refer to Heater, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
  7. Disconnect the exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold. Refer to Exhaust.

  8. Remove the exhaust manifold. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Removal .

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 31881 Size: SH
  1. Install the exhaust manifold. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Installation .
  2. Connect the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold. Refer to Exhaust.
  3. Install the A/C compressor braces. Refer to Heater, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
  4. Install the heater hose brace. Refer to Heater and Ventilation.
  5. Install the power steering pump brace. Refer to Power Steering Gear and Pump.
  6. Install the oil level indicator tube. Refer to Oil Level Indicator and Tube Replacement .

  7. Install the oxygen sensor. Refer to Oxygen Sensor Replacement .
  8. Install the air cleaner duct. Refer to Intake Air Ducts .
