THIS BULLETIN SUPPLEMENTS PRODUCT CAMPAIGN 95-C-34(a) ISSUED MAY, 1995. SPECIFICALLY, THE CLAIM INFORMATION SECTION HAS BEEN REVISED TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT "T" LABOR OPERATIONS AND TO PROVIDE THE CORRECT CC-FC CODES FOR THE "T" LABOR OPERATIONS. THE REVISED INFORMATION IS PRINTED IN BOLD TYPE.

** The "Parts Allowance" should be the sum total of the current GMSPO Dealer Net price plus 40% of all parts required for the repair.

t The amount to be entered in the "Net Amount" column should represent the cost of the fuel required to fill the vehicle's tank for a customer. Note that the amount submitted should represent the self- service price of regular unleaded fuel up to the PDI allowance for both price and gallons.

tt The amount to be entered in the "Net Amount" column should represent the cost for a customer car wash up to $6.00.
