Tire/wheels are unbalanced

Tire exhibits a blister or bump

Replace the tire. Refer to Tire Mounting and Dismounting in Tires and Wheels.

Improper strut/shock absorber action

Replace the shock absorbers. Refer to Shock Absorber Replacement in Front Suspension or Shock Absorber Replacement in Rear Suspension

Excessive wheel or tire runout
