Move the headlamp switch to the PARK position and turn the dimmer switch to full intensity.

Do the Instrument Panel Lamps operate properly?

Use a test lamp from ground to the CKT 1220 (GRY) feed terminal at the inoperative component connector or socket. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Locate and repair the open or high resistance in CKT 1220 (GRY). Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

Use a test lamp from the CKT 1220 (GRY) feed terminal at the inoperative component connector or socket to the ground terminal at the inoperative component connector or socket. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Locate and repair the open or high resistance in the ground circuit to the ground terminal at the inoperative component connector or socket. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
