Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 705873 Size: SH
  1. Push up on the J-spring in order to release the storage compartment door.
  2. Firmly pull rearward to release the recirculation actuator locking tab.

    3. Important: The recirculation door lever is behind the air distribution duct.

  3. Remove the actuator rod from the recirculation door lever by pushing the actuator up and to the left.
  4. Disconnect the vacuum connector from the recirculation actuator (2).
  5. Remove the recirculation actuator (2).

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the recirculation actuator (2).
  2. Connect the vacuum connector to the recirculation actuator (2).

    3. Important: The recirculation door lever is behind the air distribution duct.

  3. Install the actuator rod to the recirculation door lever by placing the hole in the actuator rod over the hook on the recirculation door lever.
  4. Align the recirculation actuator (2) with the recirculation door assembly (1) and firmly push forward to engage the recirculation actuator locking tab.

  5. Push up on the J-spring in order to return the storage compartment door to the normal position.
