CONDITION: Door Rattle
CAUSE: Door lock rod/knob rattles in escutcheon
CORRECTION: Remove lock knob and place adhesive-backed felt on top and bottom sides (horizontal surfaces) of lock knob. Also, place felt on the vertical surface of the lock knob channel in the escutcheon. Felt is to be obtained locally. (Most sewing shops carry this material.)
