This information should be added to the 1989-91 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird Service Manuals - Section 7C.
The updated Clutch Housing-to-Engine Fastener Torques (Section 7C) were changed to the following:
V6 Engines
Bolt torques were changed from 47 N.m (35 ft.lbs.) to 95 N.m (70 ft.lbs.).
V8 Engine
Bolt torques were changed from 95 N.m (70 ft.lbs.) to 47 N.m (35 ft.lbs.).
Clutch Housing-to-Engine Bolt V6.................................95 N-m (70lb. ft.)
V8.................................47 N-m (35lb. ft.)
Clutch Housing Cover Bolt.............6 N-m (53lb. in.) Bleed Screw...........................2 N-m (18lb. in.) Clutch Start Switch Bolt............2.2 N-m (19lb. in.)
