This information should be added to the 1992 F-car Service Manuals, Section 9D, Theft Deterrent Systems. This bulletin identifies the relocation of the VATS Starter Enable Relay. The relay has been relocated from the left side body behind the left side finishing panel, to the instrument panel wiring harness as shown in Figure 1.
