Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1998 🢒 Camaro 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Electrical 🢒 Generator Bracket Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove generator rear brace. Refer to Generator Brace Replacement .
  2. Remove the fuel rail from the upper intake manifold. Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls-3.8L.

    3. Object Number: 165246 Size: SH
  3. Remove the generator brace bracket bolts.
  4. Remove the bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the bracket to the vehicle.

    2. Object Number: 165246 Size: SH
  2. Install the generator brace bracket bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the brace bracket bolts to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the fuel rail to the upper intake manifold. Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls-3.8L
  4. Install the generator rear brace. Refer to Generator Brace Replacement .
