Thermostat Bypass Pipes Replacement 3.8L Engine

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 500325 Size: SH
  1. Remove the drive belt tensioner. Refer to Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement in Engine Mechanical-3.8L.
  2. Remove the thermostat bypass upper (1) and/or lower (2) pipe.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 500325 Size: SH
  1. Install the thermostat bypass upper (1) and/or lower (2) pipe.
  2. Install the drive belt tensioner. Refer to Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement in Engine Mechanical-3.8L.
