EFFECTIVE JANUARY 21, 1982 THE FLINT PLANT, CODE H, BEGAN INSTALLING WHEEL HUB NUTS ON THE WHEELS OF ALL 1982 REGALS (C BODIES) ORDERED WHEN OPTION CODE N91, CUSTOM LOCKING WIRE WHEEL COVERS. TWELVE (12) WHEEL HUB NUTS ARE FUR- NISHED WITH EACH VEHICLE.

AT THE SAME TIME, ON B AND C BODIES, THE FLINT PLANT, CODE H, BEGAN TAPING PACKAGES OF TWELVE (12) WHEEL HUB NUTS TO THE CARTON CONTAINING OPTION CODE N91, CUSTOM LOCKING WIRE WHEEL COVERS.

TRANSPORTATION CLAIMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THE SHORTAGE OF WHEEL HUB NUTS UNLESS THIS CONDITION IS PROPERLY NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF VEHICLE INSPECTION AT THE DEALERSHIP.
