Due to a shortage of production tail lamps, vehicles have been built with substitution lamp assemblies. The breakpoints for substitution lamps at the affected assembly plants are as follows:
Fairfax - started with VIN FX107787 Oshawa - started with VIN F9106048
Tail lamp substitution should end approximately in December, 1984. The visual difference in tail lamps is as shown below:
