TAIL LAMP MOLDING LOOSE (REPLACE MOLDING ASSEMBLY)

SUBJECT: TAIL LAMP MOLDING LOOSE (REPLACE MOLDING ASSEMBLY)

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1991-1992 "B" CAR CHEVROLET CAPRICE (EXCEPT WAGON)

Condition: Tail lamp molding loose.

Cause: Light corrosion of the retaining clips allows the molding to come loose.

Correction: Install new molding assembly, P/N 16520255. See attached illustration.

1. Pry molding assembly rearward at the outboard end and remove.

2. Install new molding assembly.

For vehicles repaired under warranty use:

Labor Time: 0.2 Hr. (Total for Both)
