Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the oil pan. Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid and Filter Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 7514 Size: SH
  2. Compress the following parts with a small screwdriver:
    3. • The regulator valve (216) and spring (217)
    • The isolator spring (218)
    • The boost valve (219)
    • The boost valve sleeve (220)
  3. Remove the ring (221).
  4. Slowly release the tension.
  5. Remove the following parts from the transmission oil pump cover bore:
    6. • The sleeve (220)
    • The boost valve (219)
    • The spring (218)
    • The spring (217) and regulator valve (216)
  6. Inspect the pressure regulator valve.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 7514 Size: SH
  1. Install the following parts to the transmission oil pump cover bore:
    2. • The regulator valve (216)
    • The springs (217, 218)
    • The boost valve (219)
    • The sleeve (220)
  2. Compress the springs with a small screwdriver.
  3. Install the ring (221).
  4. Install the oil pan. Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid and Filter Replacement .
