The following number is avaliable to dealership service management personnel to request a review of Labor Time Guide Publications. This number can be used to request: time increases, time decreases, new add conditions, new labor operations or errors in labor time guide book.
Please note: In order to adequately evaluate and take action on your request, we must have a detailed description of each step that was performed. Any areas where difficulties were experienced should be described in detail. Time for each step must be included. The statement "followed service manual procedure" is not sufficient.
