Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement SWB

1. Remove the trim plate. Refer to Console Trim Plate Replacement.



2. Remove the storage compartment (1) to I/P tower retaining screws (2).
3. Remove the storage compartment (1) from the I/P tower.

1. Install the storage compartment (1) to the I/P tower.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the storage compartment to I/P tower retaining screws (2).

Tighten
Tighten the screws (2) to 2  N·m (18 lb in).

3. Install the trim plate. Refer to Console Trim Plate Replacement.
4. Operate the storage compartment lid for correct operation.

1. Remove the trim plate. Refer to Console Trim Plate Replacement.



2. Remove the storage compartment (1) to centre console retaining screws (2).
3. Remove the storage compartment (1) from the centre console.

1. Install the storage compartment (1) into the centre console.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the storage compartment (1) to centre console retaining screws (2).

Tighten
Tighten the screws (2) to 2  N·m (18 lb in).

3. Install the trim plate. Refer to Console Trim Plate Replacement.

Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement LWB

1. Remove the trim plate. Refer to Console Trim Plate Replacement.



2. Remove the storage compartment (1) to I/P tower retaining screws (2).
3. Remove the storage compartment (1) from the I/P tower.

1. Install the storage compartment (1) to the I/P tower.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the storage compartment to I/P tower retaining screws (2).

Tighten
Tighten the screws (2) to 2  N·m (18 lb in).

3. Install the trim plate. Refer to Console Trim Plate Replacement.
4. Operate the storage compartment lid for correct operation.
