Removal Procedure
Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.
Caution: Refer to Radiator Cap Removal Caution in the Preface section.
- Remove the radiator cap.
Important: Place a suitable container underneath the
vehicle to collect draining coolant.
- Release the LPG coolant hose clamps (3).
- Disconnect the LPG coolant hoses (1) from the 'T' fittings (2).
Caution: Refer to Vehicle Lifting Caution in the Preface section.
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to
Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
- Remove the right front wheel. Refer to
Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
- Remove the right front wheel house liner. Refer to
Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.
- Remove the LPG coolant hose to body retaining clip
(1).
- Release the LPG coolant hose clamps (3) at the LPG convertor (2).
Important: Take care as coolant will leak when the LPG
coolant hoses (4) are removed.
- Disconnect the LPG coolant hoses (4) from the LPG convertor (2).
- Remove the LPG coolant hoses (4) from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Position the LPG coolant hoses (4) to the vehicle.
- Fit LPG coolant hose clamps (3) to the LPG coolant hoses (4).
- Connect the LPG coolant hoses (4) to the LPG convertor (2).
- Secure the LPG coolant hose clamps (3).
- Secure the LPG coolant hose to body retaining clip (1).
- Connect the LPG coolant hoses (1) to the LPG coolant
hose (2) 'T' fittings.
- Secure the LPG coolant hose clamps (3) ensuring that the clamp fastens
the hose to the 'T' fittings (2).
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to
Cooling System Draining and Filling.
- Install the radiator cap.
- Inspect the cooling system for leaks.
- Install the right front wheel house liner. Refer to
Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement.
- Install the right front wheel. Refer to
Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
