Floor Rear Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side LHD

1. Remove the front carpet. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement.
2. Remove centre console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement.



3. Remove the retaining pins (1) from the duct (2) .



4. Remove the duct (1) from floor.



5. Disconnect the duct (1) from the module.

1. Install the duct to the module (1).



2. Install the duct to the floor.



3. Install the retaining pin (1) to the duct (2) .
4. Install the centre console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement.
5. Install the front carpet. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement.

Floor Rear Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side RHD

1. Remove the centre console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement.
2. Remove the front carpet. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement.



3. Remove the push pin (1) from the rear floor air outlet duct (2).



4. Remove the rear floor air outlet duct (1) from the floor (2).



5. Disconnect the rear floor air outlet duct (2) from the HVAC module assembly (1).

1. Install the rear floor air outlet duct (2) to the HVAC module assembly (1).



2. Install the rear floor air outlet duct (1) to the floor (2).



3. Install the push pins (1) to the rear floor air outlet duct (2).
4. Install the centre console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement.
5. Install the front carpet. Refer to Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement.
