Leak from Washer Bottle Filler Neck (Export)

Windshield washer filler tubes may leak water due to a split in the convoluted filler tube. The purpose of this bulletin is to advise of the availability of the convolute section of the filler neck in order to avoid the need to replace the complete filler tube.

Where the filler neck has cracked at the convoluted section, replace only the convoluted section of the filler neck using the part number shown below. Re-use of the existing O-ring seal is permissible.

Note: Previously only the complete filler neck assembly, P/N 92191905, which included the convoluted tube, was available as a repair component. With release of the tube as a service part, it is no longer necessary to replace the complete filter neck.
