Removal Procedure

    Important: Carefully remove the radiator grille applique from the radiator grille. Failure to do so will result in damage to the radiator grille applique.

  1. Remove the radiator grille. Refer to Radiator Grille Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 1940066 Size: SH
  2. Remove the radiator grille applique to radiator grille retaining screws (1).

    3. Object Number: 1940063 Size: SH
  3. Remove the radiator grille applique by releasing the retaining clips (1).
  4. Remove the radiator grille applique from the radiator grille.
  5. Remove the radiator grille emblem. Refer to Radiator Grille Emblem/Nameplate Replacement.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the radiator grille emblem. Refer to Radiator Grille Emblem/Nameplate Replacement.
  2. Install the radiator grille applique to the radiator grille.

    3. Object Number: 1940063 Size: SH
  3. Apply pressure to the radiator grille applique to engage the retaining clips (1) to the radiator grille.
  4. Make sure that the retaining clips are secure.

    5. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1940066 Size: SH
  5. Install the radiator grille applique to radiator grille retaining screws (1).

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  6. Install the radiator grille. Refer to Radiator Grille Replacement.
