Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement Window - Sportwagon

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the rear side door window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
  3. Remove the rear side door window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 2136318 Size: SH

    Important: Use a suitable tool to pry the rear side door window inner sealing strip (1) out of the rear side door (2) then pull by hand.

  4. Remove the rear side door window inner sealing strip (1) from the rear side door (2) starting from the front.

    5. Object Number: 2136319 Size: SH

    Important: Pull remaining rear side door window inner sealing strip (1) from the rear side door (3). Observe the orientation of the locating tabs (2) as this will aid in correct installation

  5. Remove the rear side door window inner sealing (1) from the rear side door (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2136319 Size: SH

    Important: Push in the rear side door window inner sealing by hand. The locating tabs (2) are at the top of the rear side door window inner sealing strip (1) and must fit into the correct location in the rear side door (3) for correct sealing and operation.

  1. Position the rear side door window inner sealing strip (1) to the rear side door (3).

    2. Object Number: 2136318 Size: SH
  2. Install the rear side door window inner sealing strip (1) to the rear side door (2).
  3. Install the rear side door window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement.
  4. Install the rear side door window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
  5. Install the rear side door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.

Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement Window - Sedan

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
  2. Remove the window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip Replacement.
  3. Remove the window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 1939973 Size: SH

    Important: Use a suitable tool to pry the window inner sealing strip (1) out of the door (2) then pull by hand.

  4. Remove the window inner sealing strip (1) from the front of the rear door (2).

    5. Object Number: 1940031 Size: SH

    Important: Pull remaining window sealing strip (1) from the door (2). Observe the orientation of the locating tabs (3) this will aid in correct re-installation.

  5. Remove the window inner sealing (2) from the door (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1940031 Size: SH

    Important: Push the window inner sealing in by hand. The locating tabs (3) are at the top of the window inner sealing strip (2) and must fit into the correct location in the door (1) for correct sealing and operation..

  1. Install the window inner sealing strip (2) to the door (1).
  2. Install the window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement.
  3. Install the window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Weatherstrip Replacement.
  4. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement.
