Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Captiva 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls and Fuel - 2.8L, 3.2L, or 3.6L 🢒 Fuel Pressure Gage Installation and Removal

    Caution: Refer to Relieving Fuel Pressure Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief .
  2. Disconnect the fuel feed line from the fuel rail.

    3. Object Number: 1803538 Size: SH
  3. Connect the fuel pressure gauge connector to the fuel rail.
  4. Connect the fuel pressure gauge connector to the fuel feed line.
  5. Check the fuel leakage.
  6. Read the fuel pressure gauge. Normal fuel pressure is in the range of 402-418 kPa (58.3-60.6 psi).
  7. Relieve the fuel pressure.
  8. Remove the fuel pressure gauge.
  9. Connect the fuel feed line to the fuel rail.
  10. Start the engine and check for the fuel leakage.
