Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement C 100/Long Body

Tools Required

KM 475-A Trim Remover

1. Lower the front window.



2. Remove the front door handle cover.
3. Remove the front door trim panel screws.



4. Pry off the front door trim panel KM 475-A .
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Install the front door trim panel.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




3. Install the front door trim screws.

Tighten
Tighten the front door trim screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

4. Install the front door handle cover.
5. Raise the front window.

Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement C 105/Short Body

Tools Required

KM 475-A Trim Remover

1. Lower the front window.
2. Remove the front door trim panel screws.



3. Pry off the front door trim panel using the trim remover KM 475-A .
4. Remove the door inner handle cable.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Install the door inner handle cable.
3. Install the front door trim panel.



4. Install the front door trim screws.

Tighten
Tighten the front door trim screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

5. Raise the front window.
