Rear Door Trim Panel Replacement C 100/Long Body

Tools Required

KM 475-A Trim Remover

1. Lower the rear window.
2. Remove the rear door handle cover.
3. Remove the rear door handle screws.



4. Pry off the trim panel KM 475-A .
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Install the rear door trim panel.
2. Connect the electrical connectors.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




3. Install the rear door trim screws.

Tighten
Tighten the rear door trim screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

4. Install the rear door handle cover.
5. Raise the rear window.

Rear Door Trim Panel Replacement C 105/Short Body

Tools Required

KM 475-A Trim Remover

1. Lower the rear window.
2. Remove the rear door upper trim panel.



3. Remove the rear door handle screws.



4. Pry off the trim panel using the trim remover KM 475-A .
5. Remove the door inner handle cable.
6. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

1. Connect the electrical connectors.
2. Install the rear door inner handle cable.
3. Install the rear door trim panel.



4. Install the rear door trim screws.

Tighten
Tighten the rear door trim screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).




5. Install the rear door upper trim panel.
6. Raise the rear window.
