Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1756145 Size: SH
  1. Press in the hand into the restraint adjust button and remove the head restraint from the seatback.

    2. Object Number: 1756147 Size: SH
  2. Insert the head back side of the seat and press the sleeve.
  3. Remove the head restraint.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1858078 Size: SH
  1. Install the guide sleeves into the seatback and press them down to engage the guide sleeve retaining latches.
  2. Install the front seatback cover.
  3. Install the head restraint into the guide sleeves.

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2000545 Size: SH
  1. With the head restraint adjustment tab (1) depressed, insert a suitable tool into the head restraint release cavity (2) and release the guide sleeve retaining latches.

    2. Object Number: 2000546 Size: SH
  2. Remove the head restraint (1) from the guide sleeves (2) within the seatback (3) in an upwards motion.
  3. Remove the front seatback. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 2000547 Size: SH
  4. Using a suitable tool, release the head restraint guide sleeve retention clips (1) from the seatback framework (2).

    5. Object Number: 2000548 Size: SH
  5. Remove the head restraint guide sleeves (1) from the seatback (2) in an upwards motion.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2000548 Size: SH
  1. Install the head restraint guide sleeves (1) into the seatback (2) in a downwards motion, ensuring they audibly engage.
  2. Install the front seatback. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 2000546 Size: SH
  3. Install the rear head restraint (1) into the guide sleeves (2) in the seat back (3).
