Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2000583 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the vehicle battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
  2. Remove the rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement.
  3. Disconnect the auxiliary HVAC relay connector (1).
  4. Remove auxiliary HVAC relay screw (2) and the auxiliary HVAC relay (3) from the auxiliary HVAC module (4).

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2000583 Size: SH
  1. Install the auxiliary HVAC relay (3) and auxiliary HVAC relay screw (2) into the auxiliary HVAC module (4).

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the auxiliary HVAC relay screw to 6.0 N·m (53 lb in).

  2. Connect the auxiliary HVAC relay connector (1).
  3. Install the rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement.
  4. Connect the vehicle battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
