Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1756074 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the plastic caps and the bolts securing the rear portion of the front seat to the floor.

    3. Object Number: 1756081 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  4. Remove the seat.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1756081 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat.
  2. Connect the electrical connectors.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the bolts into the rear portion of the front seat.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the front seat-to-floor bolts to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).

  4. Install the plastic caps.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.

Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.

    2. Important: Removal of the power front bucket seat requires disconnection of the electrical connectors.

  2. Disconnect the front seat electrical connectors.
  3. Remove the plastic trim caps (1) and the front seat-to-floor bolts (2) securing the rear portion of the front seat (4) to the vehicle floor (3).

  4. Remove the front seat (1) by disengaging the retainer hooks (2) from the vehicle floor (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2000551 Size: SH
  1. Install the front seat (1) onto the vehicle floor (3), engaging the retainer hooks (2).

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the front seat-to-floor bolts (2), securing the rear portion of the front seat (4) to the vehicle floor (3).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the front seat-to-floor bolts to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).

    Important: Installation of the power front bucket seat requires disconnection of the electrical connectors.

  3. Connect the front seat electrical connectors.
  4. Install the plastic trim caps (1).
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
