Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1785991 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Remove the front upper speaker cover. Refer to Front Upper Speaker Replacement .
  3. Gently pry up on the sun sensor to remove it.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 1785991 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Insert and press the sun sensor into position in the dash.
  3. Install the front upper speaker cover. Refer to Front Upper Speaker Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
