Tip
Rotate the differential slightly in each direction using DT-47793 tool to align the differential pinion gears with the differential ring gear in the torque converter housing.

DT-47793 Differential Rotating Tool

Torque Converter and Differential Housing Bolt M8 x 30 (Qty: 15)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

Tighten the bolts in sequence.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in) then rotate bolt an additional 50 degrees.

J-45059 Angle Meter or equivalent
