Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1763658 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the driver knee bolster. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Replacement .
  3. Remove the remote control door lock receiver.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1763658 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Install the remote control door lock receiver.
  3. Install the driver knee bolster. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. For set up and programming, refer to Control module references. Control Module References

Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the driver knee bolster. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Replacement.
  3. Remove the remote control door lock receiver.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector.

    5. Perform the SPO reprogramming when RFA receiver is replaced.

Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Install the remote control door lock receiver.
  3. Install the driver knee bolster. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Replacement.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. For set up and programming, refer to Control Module References.
