Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2009 🢒 Captiva Sport 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.5L 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Installation - Right Side

    Object Number: 1556815 Size: SH
  1. Install the exhaust manifold gasket.
  2. Install the exhaust manifold.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the exhaust manifold bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts in sequence to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield.
  5. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  6. Install the spark plugs.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the spark plugs to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

  7. Install the spark plug wires.
  8. Install the heated oxygen sensor.

    9. Tighten
    Tighten the heated oxygen sensor to 42 N·m (31 lb ft).

  2. Install the exhaust manifold.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the exhaust manifold bolts and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

    4. Object Number: 1556808 Size: SH
  4. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield.
  5. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
  6. Install the spark plugs and tighten to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).
  7. Install the spark plug wires.
  8. Install the heated oxygen sensor and tighen to 42 N·m (31 lb ft).
