Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1995 🢒 Cavalier 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transaxle - 4T40-E 🢒 Channel Plate and Gasket Removal

  1. Remove the ten channel plate bolts (8 and 25).
  2. Remove the channel plate assembly (27). Keep the following components with the channel plate:
    3. • The drive sprocket to channel plate thrust washer (34)
    • The three accumulator pistons (29)
    • The manual valve (800)
    • The detent lever spring (804) and bolt (805)
  3. Remove and discard the channel plate to case gasket (28).
