Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1995 🢒 Cavalier 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transaxle - 4T40-E 🢒 Control Valve Assembly and Transmission Fluid Pressure Switch Installation

    Object Number: 20174 Size: SH
  1. Install the control valve body assembly to spacer plate gasket (22) onto the spacer plate (23).
  2. Install the control valve body assembly (18) onto the transmission.

    3. Object Number: 25653 Size: SH
  3. Inspect the pressure switch assembly (13) in order to verify the condition and correct location of the seven pressure switch O-rings.
  4. If necessary replace the pressure switch O-rings.

    5. Object Number: 20173 Size: SH
  5. Install the pressure switch assembly (13) onto the control valve assembly.

    6. Object Number: 20875 Size: SH
  6. Install the eighteen control valve assembly bolts.

    7. Object Number: 20876 Size: SH
  7. Hand start the bolts, then tighten the bolts to 12 N·m (9 lb ft).
