Lock Housing Assembly - Disassemble - Off Vehicle for Chevrolet Cavalier 1998

1. Remove the steering column upper components. Refer to Turn Signal Cancel Cam and Bearing Thrust Washer - Disassemble - Off Vehicle .



2. Remove the ignition lock actuator assembly (1).
3. Remove the lock pre-load spring (2).
4. Remove the ground strap (3).
5. Remove the 2 tapping screws. (4).
6. Remove the lock bolt support bracket (5).
7. Remove the lock bolt assembly (6).
