J 41352 Modular Column Holding Fixture

1. Check the steering column for accident damage. Refer to Steering Column Accident Damage Inspection - Off Vehicle .



2. Install the steering column and J 41352 into a vise.
3. Remove any necessary wire harness straps.



4. Remove the retaining ring.



5. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil downlead from the wire restraint clip (3)
6. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil (1).
7. Remove the wave washer (2).
