Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 701979 Size: SH
  1. Remove the left instrument panel insulator.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the cruise control release switch.
  3. Remove the cruise control release switch from the bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 701979 Size: SH
  1. Depress the brake pedal and insert the cruise control release switch into the bracket until the retainer is fully seated.
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the cruise control release switch.
  3. Adjust the cruise control release switch as needed. Refer to Clutch Pedal Cruise Control Release Switch Adjustment .
  4. Install the left instrument panel insulator.
