  1. Open the sunshade (3).
  2. Close the sunroof window.

  3. Object Number: 282451  Size: MH
  4. Loosen the adjusting screws.
  5. Adjust the corners of the glass panel  (3) using the following guidelines:
  6. • Adjust the front of the sunroof window  (2) flush to 1 mm (0.04 in) below the top surface of the roof panel.
    • Adjust the rear of the sunroof window  (1) flush to 1 mm (0.04 in) above the top surface of the roof panel.

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  7. Install the sunroof window adjustment screws.
  8. Tighten
    Tighten the sunroof window adjusting screws to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
