All retained accessory power (RAP) functions on this vehicle are controlled by the body control module (BCM) using class 2 serial data. If class 2 communication between the radio, BCM and data link connector (DLC) is functioning properly, and the door ajar switches are working properly, replace the BCM.

1	Did you perform the Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle?	Go to Step 2	Go to Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle in Vehicle DTC Information
2	Verify that the doors are closed and perform the following: Turn the ignition ON, with the engine OFF for 5 seconds. Turn the ignition OFF. Do the retained accessory power (RAP) functions operate normally?	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems	Go to Step 3
3	Install a scan tool. Verify the doors are closed. With the scan tool, verify the Driver Door Ajar and Passenger Door Ajar switch inputs indicate Closed. Do both switch inputs indicate Closed?	Go to Step 4	Go to Interior Lights Schematics in Lighting Systems
4	Replace the body control module (BCM). Refer to Control Module References for replacement, setup, and programming. Did you complete the replacement?	System OK	--
