HOOD PROP ROD RATTLE ELIMINATION OF NOISE

A hood prop rod rattle in a 1982 Celebrity can be eliminated by the installation of a 20" length of hose 3/8" (9mm) Inside Diameter and 9/16" (15mm) Outside Diameter, starting at the base of the rod, and secured with 3M8001 or 3M8008 (or equivalent). (See Figure 1.)
