ENGINE COOLING FAN RELAY REPEATED REPLACEMENT

An engine cooling fan motor capacitor which is not operating properly can result in repeated fan relay replacement.

If a 1982 Celebrity or Citation requires repeated replacement of engine cooling fan relay and no other system irregularity can be found, it should be assumed that fan capacitor is cause of condition.

Since the capacitor cannot be tested and is not serviced individually, the fan motor must be replaced as an assembly.
