ENGINE SURGE MAY NEED SERVICE PROM

MODEL AND YEAR: 1985-86 CELEBRITY WITH 4 SPD. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION AND FEDERAL EMISSIONS

Customer driveability comments of engine surge may occur on some 1985-86 Celebrity vehicles equipped with 2.8L V6 carbureted engine. If normal service procedures in Service Manual (Section 6E1, Section B surges and/or chuggle) do not correct the conditions, a new service PROM with a revised calibration is now available.
