REWORK OF REAR COMPARTMENT LID HINGE ASSEMBLY

MODEL AND YEAR: 1982-1987 CELEBRITY TWO DOOR (A19, A27) WITH REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELTS

Replacement of a rear compartment lid hinge on a vehicle equipped with rear seat shoulder belts may require modifying the hinge.

This modification is to cut a notch in the outboard flange of the replacement part hinge assembly as shown in the illustration.
