A NEW SERVICE PROM HAS BEEN RELEASED TO ALLEVIATE SPECIFIC CUSTOMER COMMENTS SUCH AS ENGINE "MISS" DURING WARM-UP, EFE RELAY CHATTER AT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE, OR A CODE 44 SET AT HIGH SPEEDS (APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH), DURING NORMAL SYSTEM OPERATION. THE NEW CALIBRATION SERVICE PROM'S ARE: APPLICATION ALL MANUAL TRANSMISSION EXCEPT 1TJ08 AND C41 ECM PRODUCTION 16013891 NEW SERVICE PROM 1225967 APPLICATION MANUAL TRANSMISSION 1TJ08 AND C41 ECM PRODUCTION 16017661 NEW SERVICE PROM 1225968 APPLICATION ALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION ECM PRODUCTION 16013931 NEW SERVICE PROM 1225969 THE CURRENT SERVICE PROM'S ARE SATISFACTORY FOR SERVICE OF UNITS WITH CONDITIONS OTHER THAN THOSE DESCRIBED ABOVE AND SHOULD BE USED UNTIL STOCK IS EXHAUSTED.
