Important: If replacing the manual transmission engine flywheel, note the location of any existing balance weights (if applicable). Install new balance weights into the new engine flywheel (if applicable). Engine flywheel balance weights must be installed into the new engine flywheel in the same location as the old engine flywheel. A properly installed balance weight will be either flush or below flush with the face of the engine flywheel.

Note the position and location of the manual transmission engine flywheel balance weights (if applicable).

1. Remove the engine flywheel bolts (4).
2. Remove the engine flywheel retainer (3).
3. Remove the engine flywheel (1).

2. Remove the engine flywheel bolts.

1. Remove engine flywheel bolts (3).
2. Remove the outer engine flywheel retainer (1).
3. Remove engine flywheel (2).
4. Remove the inner engine flywheel retainer (1).
