  1. Remove ignition coil attaching nut and bolt.
  2. Remove the ignition coil.

  3. Remove the throttle body bolts (1).
  4. Remove the throttle body (2).
  5. Remove the throttle body gasket (3).

    6. Object Number: 214279 Size: SH
  6. Remove the EGR valve nuts (1).
  7. Remove the EGR valve (2).
  8. Remove the EGR gasket (3).
  9. Remove the EGR valve studs (4) (if required).
  10. Remove the MAP sensor bracket nuts.
  11. Remove the MAP Sensor and bracket.

  12. Remove the water inlet housing bolts and stud.
  13. Remove the water inlet housing.
  14. Remove the engine coolant thermostats with O-rings.
