Heater Outlet Hose Replacement L18

Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.

  2. Object Number: 644639  Size: SH
  3. Remove the outlet hose clamp (2) from the heater core.
  4. Remove the outlet hose (1) from the fender clip.
  5. Remove the outlet hose (1) from the heater core.
  6. Remove the outlet hose clamp (2) from the radiator.
  7. Remove the outlet hose (1) from the radiator.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 644639  Size: SH
  1. Install the outlet hose (1) to the radiator.
  2. Install the outlet hose clamp (2) to the radiator.
  3. Install the outlet hose (1) to the heater core.
  4. Install the hose clamp (2) to the heater core.
  5. Install the outlet hose (1) to the fender clip.
  6. Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.

Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
  2. Remove the outlet hose clamp from the radiator.

  3. Object Number: 257112  Size: SH
  4. Remove the outlet hose (2) from the radiator.
  5. Remove the outlet hose clamp from the heater core.
  6. Remove the outlet hose (2) from the heater core.
  7. Remove the outlet hose from the heater hose clip.
  8. Remove the outlet hose clamp from the engine.
  9. Remove the outlet hose (2) from the engine.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 257112  Size: SH
  1. Install the outlet hose (2) to the engine.
  2. Install the outlet hose clamp to the engine.
  3. Install the outlet hose (2) to the radiator.
  4. Install the outlet hose clamp to the radiator.
  5. Install the outlet hose (2) to the heater core.
  6. Install the outlet hose clamp to the heater core.
  7. Install the outlet hose to the outlet hose clip.
  8. Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling in Engine Cooling.
