Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Remove the instrument panel (IP) auxiliary storage compartment, if equipped. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  4. Remove the ashtray. Refer to Ashtray Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

    5. Object Number: 276129 Size: SH
  5. Push on the clips behind the auxiliary storage compartment. Pull down in order to release the module.
  6. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 276129 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Slide in the rear tabs of the module.

    3. Push up in order to engage the module.

  3. Install the ashtray. Refer to Ashtray Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  4. Install the IP auxiliary storage compartment, if equipped. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  5. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
