Disassembly Procedure

    Object Number: 102279 Size: SH
  1. Remove the pilot bearing from the main drive gear.
  2. Remove the main drive gear bearing. Use a suitable bearing puller.

    3. Important: Do not spin dry the bearings.

  3. Clean all the parts in a suitable solvent.
  4. Inspect the parts for damage and wear.
  5. Lubricate the bearings with Castrol® Syntorq LT transmission fluid.
  6. Check the bearings for roughness.
